By: Melanie Lahti (Mass)Our company uses masspay payroll. My husband is the president of the company and has left messages for a call back for 2 weeks and no one will return his call. It’s a serious matter! The only other choice is to go to the address listed. Look elsewhere if you need to speak to someone.
