If you want bad service

By: Jackie (NYC)Talk about a one-sided conversation. This company not only has no clue about customer service, but they had a glitch in the system for months and never noticed. Now that I want to use another company I cant because my numbers dont tie out. They are making critical errors and instead of handling it as professionals they keep sending us to email the support desk. WORST COMPANY EVER!
